Pet-Friendly Living in Ventura
BREED RESTRICTIONS AND GUIDELINES
We are happy to hear that you and your pet have decided to make your new home at an Alliance community! Before you move in, we ask that you review our breed restrictions and schedule an appointment so our office team can meet your pet. In addition, a written and signed consent form, veterinarian statement, additional security deposit and registration may be required prior to moving your pet into the community.
If you already live at an Alliance community and are getting a new “roommate" (of the four-legged variety), make sure to notify the leasing office right away so we can help you make the appropriate arrangements. Please refer to your lease agreement/pet addendum for additional details, requirements or restrictions that may apply.
Animals that assist persons with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of the pet policy. Please see a leasing associate for details. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted at Alliance communities: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Sheperd, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.
*Please note breed restrictions are subject to change without notice. The actual size and color of above breeds may vary.
